                           The horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump adopts the design of horizontal inlet and vertical outlet. At the same time, the diameter of the inlet is the same size, which is convenient for installation on the pipeline. When using a horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump, the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 C, the altitude does not exceed 1,000 meters, and the relative humidity does not exceed 95%.

                           Horizontal pipeline centrifugal pumps are mostly used to transport clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. In industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, marine, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure booster, long-distance transportation, HVAC cycle, bathroom and other cooling and heating cycles and equipment supporting.

                           When the pump is used in a place with strict vibration requirements, a shock absorber (pad) can be used, and it must be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

                           The installation of the pipeline should be reliably fixed, and the pipeline support immediately adjacent to the pump flange should be sufficiently rigid, and the pump should not be allowed to bear the weight and pressure of the pipeline.

                           The installation of the pump set should avoid direct sunlight and rain.

                           A vacuum pressure gauge should be installed at the pump inlet and a pressure gauge should be installed at the outlet flange to observe and control the operation of the pump. The range of the pressure gauge should be 2 to 3 times the actual pressure.

                           The inlet and outlet pipes of the pump should be equipped with gate valves to facilitate maintenance and operation adjustment.

                           Wiring: The wires must be connected correctly according to the nameplate requirements. When wiring, the terminals must be firm, and no looseness is allowed. Otherwise, it may cause poor contact and lead to phase loss. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the motor, an overload protection device should be installed at the electrical switch, and the set value of the protection device should be adjusted according to the current requirements on the motor nameplate.

                           Warning: If the overload protection device is not installed, the motor will burn out due to overload caused by the full opening of the water outlet valve, high flow operation, or in some cases the sudden increase of current.

                           Note: The installation of the horizontal section of the suction pipe should be tilted slightly downward against the direction of the water flow to prevent entrainment.

                           In order to facilitate the filling of water into the pump before starting, a bypass valve can be added at both ends of the check valve, and the bypass valve is opened to fill the pump with water before starting, and it is closed after filling, which is convenient for use. For pumps used for water supply in high-rise buildings or with an outlet pressure greater than 0.2 MPa, in addition to a gate valve at the discharge port, a check valve should also be installed between the pump outlet and the gate valve to avoid damage to the impeller due to sudden power failure and high-pressure water backflow.
